The Year 7's got to try their hand at squeezing and juicing and a dash of soda water added some bubbles of fun when it reacted with the citric acid. The Year 7 Agriculture classes had a lot of fun and thought it was a "delicious way" to have classrooms in the orchard. Just before the end of the magnificent Washington Navel Orange harvest, Year 9 classes were able to do a quality and qauantity control test. The oranges were visually inspected at first, then weighed and juiced and finally a taste test was done for sweetness.
The juice could not get any fresher.........cheers everyone!
