Ruse Art Club (RAC) is a relatively new club to James Ruse where we meet to work on personal or school wide art projects.
We organise school mural work, art competitions and also the occasional event to help spice up school life.
Here at Ruse Art Club, we strive to give students a place to learn how to draw, develop their art further, or simply have fun. We’re a small community passionate about all things creative, and we work together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both newcomers and old members.
An Environmental Art Competition was launched on the 11th of February in 2020 and was Art Club’s first event, with many more to come. We’ve also been working on a few murals which you can expect to see around school soon.
We cover new topics every week and have several new projects in the works, so be sure to come along!
There’s no formal process for signing up for RAC, feel free to come along to any of the sessions at Thursday lunch and we’ll take your name and email down if you decide you want to join.
