James Ruse Agricultural High School (JRAHS) is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) school.

To help you select the most suitable device - whether a laptop or tablet- for your family, we will provide a set of minimum specifications. At the same time, we want to ensure you and your child have the maximum flexibility to choose a device that best meets your needs.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program

BYOD mobile phone electronic devices student agreement

To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, all students participating in the BYOD program must adhere to the Mobile Phone and Electronic Devices Student Agreement. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for the appropriate use of personal electronic devices at school. By following these guidelines, students help maintain focus, respect, and security within the school community. Students and parents are encouraged to review the agreement carefully to support positive and responsible device use.
