• Please email the order form and Online Payment receipt number to jamesruse- h.school@det.nsw.edu.au with the heading UNIFORM ORDER.

Note: Uniforms ordered online can be picked up once payment is processed, and the order has been confirmed by email.

• We offer returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase
• Items may be exchanged for a similar item if the product is faulty or another size if an incorrect size was purchased
• For a refund or exchange, returned items must have manufacturers tags still attached and be returned in its original packaging with no signs of wear
• Purchase receipt or other adequate proof of purchase must be presented at time of requesting for a return or refund
• The Uniform shop coordinator reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned items before a refund or exchange is agreed upon.
