If you have an approval letter from the Department of Education and the required certificates please provide the following information:
Availability (e.g. all days or Mondays and Wednesdays etc.)
Subjects you are approved to teach
Subjects you are willing to teach
Your Departmental approval number
Copies of all the required certificates listed above
