Public school debaters are the talk of the town

2022 NSWCHS team with NSW Rep Debating Challenge trophy

Public school debaters have shown they can walk the talk after winning the prestigious NSW Representative Debating Challenge. It is the first time since 2016 that the NSW Combined High Schools’ (NSWCHS) team has won the competition which features teams from the public, Catholic and Independent sectors.

Three JRAHS Year 11 students were part of the NSW CHS team: Darshanik Aryal (2023), Iqra Razzak (2023) in the Firsts, and Alisha Gugnani (2023) in the Thirds.
